SHIPPING COSTS

All orders over $150 are free shipping to New Zealand addresses. 

Orders under $150:

North Island $7

North Island Rural Delivery $12

South Island $15

South Island Rural Delivery $19

You will receive a tracking number via email - please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

If you are shopping from Australia and would like to place an order, just email hello@buckleandbow.co.nz and we can arrange this for you.  Shipping costs are approx $50 for one pair of shoes.

CLICK AND COLLECT

if you would like to collect your order from our store in Millwater, please choose this option at checkout. We will email when your order is ready for collection - usually on the same day if order is placed Mon - Sat.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We appreciate buying online can be tricky, so we have a fuss free return policy!
Please read the following, and then email hello@buckleandbow.co.nz to arrange the return of your order.

Change of mind or wrong size: 
If you have changed your mind or the fit isn’t right on an item that you have ordered online, we are happy to provide you with either an exchange item, a store credit, or a refund. Please ensure you have met the following Conditions:

  • Items need to be returned within 10 days of you receiving the product.
  • All items (purchased online or in store) must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging (unused and with no signs of wear).
  • Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your receipt for in store purchases or an invoice for online purchases.
  • Return shipping cost is your own responsibility.


Faulty Items: For items that are deemed faulty (this doesn’t include items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear) we are happy to provide you with an exchange item, store credit or a refund. We will also refund the cost to return the faulty item back to us.
